SGS selects the European Centre for Clinical Research Training (ECCRT) to provide annual Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) training for the SGS Pharmacy team.

This collaboration will ensure the SGS Pharmacy team is always up to date with the latest standards and highest international requirements to better serve our customers globally.

ECCRT will provide qualitative training and educational materials across multiple domains, including Good Practices (GxP), Quality Assurance (QA) and Risk Management. ECCRT offers sessions conducted in a classroom, via e-learning or webinars, or through a combination of these formats for a blended training experience.

SGS Training Manager Carl Van Ingelgem said: “We selected ECCRT for its ability to offer both open and tailored courses that perfectly match our requirements and can be adapted according to our teams. We especially appreciate the flexibility and short turnover times shown by ECCRT to help us meet our needs.”

The SGS and ECCRT collaboration has been going strong for several years. The high standard of training provided, regardless of type or location, has helped our experts regularly develop their skills and knowledge based on industry-leading standards.

ECCRT managing director Professor Benedikt Van Nieuwenhove said: “We are very pleased to see the long-lasting collaboration crystallize in the present collaboration with SGS to have its teams trained to the latest standards.”

With this training, SGS customers can have complete confidence that its teams always have a comprehensive knowledge of the latest requirements and regulations to assist them with all their needs.
